As a full-time Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for processing billing requests, collaborating with Billers to reduce WIP and work on various billing projects and initiatives.

The ideal candidate has prior experience with billing, strong interpersonal skills and has demonstrated a positive work ethic. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your experience, and attention to detail, while working with internal members of our finance, accounting, and professional staff at KLR.

Job Responsibilities

• Process billing requests
• Collaborate with Billers to reduce WIP
• Various billing projects and initiatives

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years’ experience with billing required
• Public accounting knowledge preferred
• IRIS Star practice management software experience preferred
• Working proficiency with all Microsoft applications, and Google Suite, including the ability to work in and learn industry-based software applications
• Highly detail oriented, strong numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, developed time management and problem-solving skills

We are looking for a candidate to work full time. Normal hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm, with potential overtime during busy season. These periods may require increasing normal weekly hours.
