KLR, a top-100 accounting and consulting firm, is in search of a CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team. You’ll have the opportunity to work amongst a team of professionals based our of our Providence, RI office.

The CRM Specialist will actively participate in the CRM program and implementation, day to day usage of the customer relationship management (CRM) system at KLR. This will be accomplished by providing technical skills and oversight, administration to maximize data integrity, business intelligence, and useful analytics/analysis.

The CRM Specialist will develop processes, define best practices, and support the organization’s strategic use of data to further goals related to KLR’s Marketing and BD initiatives. This position will provide training/instruction and service/support to users, ensuring that colleagues are empowered to use the system to meet their professional responsibilities and the organization’s (all companies) overall goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and provide training on core and advanced system functionality for users, maintaining and furthering the knowledge level of staff around the use of the CRM system.
  • Identify and implement business process improvements and related system enhancements for functional use and improve efficiencies through automated routines.
  • Ensure system’s data is accurately maintained, providing oversight and monitoring.
  • Be responsible for global changes, clean-ups, system maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with others to define and assign user rights and privileges within the CRM system.
  • Provide customer service to internal clients, empowering them to be independent and self-reliant.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, with an advanced knowledge of Excel
  • CRM Dynamics experience a Plus
  • Demonstrated experience administering a robust CRM system or database
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, able to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Able to perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of data.

We are looking for a candidate to work full time. Normal hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
