The CRM Specialist will actively participate in the CRM program and implementation, day to day usage of the customer relationship management (CRM) system at KLR. This will be accomplished by providing technical skills and oversight, administration to maximize data integrity, business intelligence, and useful analytics/analysis.
The CRM Specialist will develop processes, define best practices, and support the organization’s strategic use of data to further goals related to KLR’s Marketing and BD initiatives. This position will provide training/instruction and service/support to users, ensuring that colleagues are empowered to use the system to meet their professional responsibilities and the organization’s (all companies) overall goals.
We are looking for a candidate to work full time. Normal hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
