KLR is one of the fastest growing accounting firms in New England. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team in our Providence or Boston office.

As a member of the team, the Executive Assistant will work closely with the CEO, Equity Partners, HR and CFO on a variety of staff, client, and business work and initiatives. He/she will also work with internal and external clients on cross functional projects and deliverables.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling for company executive(s)
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
  • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)

Job Qualifications

  • Must be professional, reliable, highly organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe, including working with industry specific software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Adobe, including the ability to work in and learn various software applications
  • Exceptional organizational skills, strong detail-orientation and the ability to work on and prioritize multiple projects and adhere to stated deadlines
  • Flexibility with a desire to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
  • Impeccable judgment, discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
