KLR, a Top-100 accounting and consulting firm, is in search of two talented and creative Senior Marketing Specialists to join our growing team and support KLR’s four companies (KLR, KLR Executive Search Group LLC, KLR Wealth Management, LLC and KLR Outsourcing).

The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and posting social media content, designing graphics and helping with other marketing related activities. The ideal candidate is social-savvy with an eye for design and experience posting for corporate social accounts. Key Responsibilities

Social Media Coordination:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media calendar across multiple platforms to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
  • Create and curate compelling content for social media posts, ensuring content is optimized for each platform (LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram), contains relevant hashtags and aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
  • Use a third-party posting software to schedule and post social media content that drives engagement and growth of our social channels and builds brand awareness to meet overall strategic goals and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, customer feedback, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
  • Collaborate with our all levels of our team and attend firm events to gather content for social media that supports overall marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and track social media performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and improve results.
  • Stay up-to-date on new social media trends, emerging technologies, new features, best practices and new platforms for the firm to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of our social presence.

Graphic Design:

  • Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various digital assets, including but not limited to social media posts, digital ads, email campaigns.
  • Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all platforms.

Additional Marketing Activities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, marketing analytics, and signature marketing.
  • Provide marketing team support and back-up, as needed


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a social media focused role required with experience working on a team in a professional atmosphere.
  • Expertise in using social media management software such as Clearview social, sprout social, or other relevant social media management tools or employee advocacy software.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business, with a deep understanding of various platforms and their algorithms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and concise content for social media posts.
  • Experience using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and email marketing
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently, with proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Comfortable taking initiative and working with all levels of the organization.

This position is full-time, occasional nights needed (for coverage of special events) and will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager. This position is based in the Firm’s Providence office and you will have the opportunity to work amongst a team of professionals. Normal hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
