“One of the things I’ve come to appreciate more and more over the years is just how much impact a single conversation can have. The way we listen, the questions we ask, the way we show up for each other and for our clients, it all matters. This year’s Summit is about strengthening those everyday moments. Because when we communicate with empathy and curiosity, we don’t just solve problems, we build trust, we build connection, and we build something lasting.” - Paul Oliveira, CEO

Meet Our Keynote Speaker: Kwame Christian

Topic: Everyday Negotiation – Strengthening Client and Team Relationships

Negotiation isn’t just for high-stakes deals—it’s happening every day in the conversations we have with clients, colleagues, and even at home. Whether we’re setting expectations, handling tough discussions, or making sure our expertise is valued, the way we communicate directly impacts client experience and team collaboration.

This keynote will introduce the Compassionate Curiosity Framework, a simple and practical approach to negotiation that anyone can use—no complex tactics or “salesy” tricks required. It’s about learning how to navigate conversations with confidence, build stronger relationships, and ensure both sides feel heard and understood. Because at the end of the day, delivering great work isn’t enough—how we communicate that work makes all the difference.

Expect real-world examples, actionable takeaways, and a fresh perspective on negotiation that you can apply immediately—whether you’re dealing with a client request, a team discussion, or just figuring out where to go for dinner.

This session will spotlight real-world examples of how professionals at every level use negotiation to improve client experience and strengthen internal communication.
