We are seeking an Audit & Assurance Support Coordinator to join our Audit & Assurance Team.

As an Audit & Assurance Support Coordinator at KLR, you will be part of a collaborative team, working closely with internal team members and our clients to deliver timely and high-quality reports and services in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with team to centrally manage the process and software for confirmations, engagement letters, and other technical reports. Assist with LeaseCrunch data entry and reporting.
  • Review, edit, and format technical client reports.
  • Coordinate materials and data collection with internal team members, clients, and outside parties.
  • Prepare analysis and documentation in support of services for clients, including deliverable work products.
  • Coordinate client billing and communicate to the team.
  • Coordinate and monitor the scheduling of projects, deliverables, and related details.
  • Maintain appropriate policies and procedures to ensure proper compliance.
  • Manage the document request process throughout the engagement.
  • Work with team members to meet deadlines, deliverables, and service goals.
  • Always maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, positive work ethic, and pride in workmanship.
  • Advanced level skill in use of Microsoft Word and Excel, basic PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail, consistency, grammar, and punctuation.
  • QuickBooks or other accounting experience is a plus.

We are looking for a candidate to work full-time. Normal hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm with increased hours during peak times as needed. These periods require increasing normal weekly hours, which include weekends.
