We are seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join our Nonprofit group.

The Client Service Coordinator role is critical in the KLR Nonprofit Team. If you want to be part of a growing team, have opportunities to develop and strengthen your accounting skills, and work with mission-driven organizations, this role is for you.

This is a hybrid position with a minimum of 60-70% of the time required in our Providence office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate materials and data collection with internal team members, clients, and outside parties.
  • Prepare analyses and documentation in support of services for clients, including deliverable work products
  • Coordinate and monitor the scheduling of projects, deliverables, and related details.
  • Work with team members to meet deadlines, deliverables, and service goals.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Maintain appropriate policies and procedures to ensure proper compliance.
  • Management of the document request process throughout the engagement.
  • Coordinate client billing and engagement budget to actual results and communicate to the team
  • Assist with and coordinate delivery of annual tax return packages to the client.
  • Other tasks, as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of professional services experience
  • High level of integrity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a variety of roles.
  • Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess strong computer skills and IT capabilities with a high level of proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
