We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to join our People Team, based in our Providence, RI or Boston, MA office on a hybrid basis. The People Operations Specialist plays a vital role in supporting new hires, coordinating key HR processes, and assisting with company-wide initiatives. This role ensures a smooth onboarding experience, maintains accurate records, and provides backup support across various HR functions.

We are looking for a candidate to work full time. Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm with increased hours during peak hiring seasons and on a project basis.
