Andrea, CPA, CITP, CISA will join the firm as Principal, Information Security in the Firm’s Audit Services Group. Dan joins the firm after most recently working for a Boston CPA firm and previously with an international public accounting and consulting firm. Dan has significant experience in the performance of forensic accounting and litigation support procedures, service organization control (SOC) services, cyber security, internal accounting controls assessments, financial statement audits and information technology consulting services. “Dan brings a wealth of technical expertise and practical management experience to our firm," said Henry Silva, CPA, CGMA, MBA, Shareholder and Director of Emerging Business. "With his experience and knowledge, Dan has a deep understanding of IT risk and its relationship to an organization's finances and operations - a high need area demonstrated by recent cyber security concerns”. Dan graduated with a B.S. in Accounting and Information Management Systems from Babson College.
