KLR a premier accounting and business advisory firm, today announced that Henry Silva, CPA has been elected to the Board of Directors of the firm, effective January 1, 2015.

“I am excited that Henry will be joining our Board,” said Alan Litwin, Managing Director. “Henry will bring a different perspective to the table, one that is incredibly valuable.”

Mr. Silva is the chair of the firms Retirement Plan Services and Small and Emerging Business Groups. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants (RISCPA) and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA). Henry Silva graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and then went on to gain his Masters in Business Administration, earning both degrees from Providence College.
