As Chief Innovation Officer, Rob will oversee and implement changes in approaches, methods, and processes to enhance the firm’s competitiveness and improve organizational efficiencies across all business units and practice areas. He will identify, strategize, develop, and drive transformative initiatives and champion the role of innovation by aligning overall business strategy with innovative thinking.

Rob brings a distinguished background in innovation and strategy, having held several key leadership positions throughout his career.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Saint Michael’s College. He is a graduate of the Gartner CIO Boot Camp, MIT Sloan School of Management Executive Training Program and the Leadership and the Higher Education CIO from Excelsior College, Center for Technology Leadership.
