Norman leads KLR’s Tax Dispute Resolution and the State and Local Tax Practice and works with clients across a broad range of industries which include private equity, emerging business, technology, hospitality, distribution, and Private Clients. Norman’s clients appreciate his holistic client service approach while providing guidance and resources to help them with their tax strategies and planning needs. Norman is a well-respected resource and mentor for the firm’s growing team, he instructs and leads classes within KLR University (the firm’s in-house training program) and is a frequent contributor at our tax roundtable and key technical discussions. Norman Leblanc, CPA received his B.S. in Accounting, Summa Cum Laude from the Johnson & Wales University and his Master’s degree in Taxation from Bryant University. He is a member of the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants (RISCPA), the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA) and serves on the legislative committee. He is a member of the finance committee and Board of Directors (ex-officio) of the Rhode Island Hospitality Association. He frequently teaches CPE/CLE credit courses for CPA’s and Attorneys.
