KLR Earns Net Promoter Score of 80, 41 points over Industry Average

This remarkable score is a testament to KLR’s commitment to providing world-class client service and hiring and retaining the very best talent in the industry.

KLR, a premier accounting and business advisory firm, is pleased to announce that its Net Promoter Score reached 80 in 2022, a rating considered “world class” by industry experts. This high score marks the fifth year in a row of an 80+ score for the firm and is 41 points over other Accounting Firms (accounting industry average is 39).

KLR’s 2022 survey results point to a few common themes. Our clients appreciate the firm’s honesty, loyalty, responsiveness and genuine concern for their business needs. “These are the themes we live by each and every day,” said Paul Oliveira, CEO. “KLR is dedicated to wowing our clients and it’s nice to know that our efforts are working!”

KLR’s 80 rating is based on the Firm’s own 2022 NPS survey of its clients. KLR is proud to stand out amongst some of the top brands in the country:

About Net Promoter Score (or NPS®)

NPS is the result of a survey on clients’ direct feedback and measures the loyalty that exists between a provider and a business. The results calculated the percentage of KLR’s clients who qualify as “promoters” (rating the company 9 or 10 on a 0-to-10 point scale) minus the percentage who are “detractors” (rating 6 or lower). Scores can range from -100 to +100 with scores of +50 and higher considered a “best in class” client service level. A high NPS is often associated with strong and valued relationships.
