Having spent more than 35 years in the industry, Paul, a Firm Shareholder and Director of the Strategic Tax Services Group, brings a wealth of leadership experience and a passion for growth and collaboration. Paul will succeed Alan Litwin, who has served as the firm’s leader for almost four decades.

Paul joined KLR in 2004. He currently serves as the Managing Office Partner in Boston, and on the KLR Executive Committee and Operations Committee. He previously led KLR’s Tax Practice Group, which he was able to expand while achieving impressive revenue growth and profitability. Paul also served as Co-Chair of the Private Equity and Venture Capital Practice Group.

Paul came to KLR from KPMG LLP, where he was a Tax Partner. In addition to his public accounting experience, Paul spent nine years in private industry. Paul received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Taxation from Bryant University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA) and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants (RISCPA).
