KLR, a premier accounting and business advisory firm is pleased to announce that Christine Scarafoni, PHR SHRM-CP has joined the firm as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Christine will be responsible for the oversight of recruiting, talent management, organizational development and training to support KLR’s operations and growth. "Our people play a pivotal role in offering an exceptional client experience,” said Alan Litwin, Managing Director. “Christine’s strong record of leadership in human resources and talent development will help guide KLR as we continue to attract, develop and retain the best team to support our growth and the evolving needs of our clients.” Ms. Scarafoni is a Senior Human Resources and training leader with over 20 years of strategic and hands-on tactical experience. She possesses outstanding qualifications in improving leadership effectiveness, employee engagement and driving change management. She is an experienced leader in building the Human Resources infrastructure from the ground up, building high performance teams and implementing effective collaboration tactics to accomplish business goals. Christine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, a MBA and a Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership from Nichols College. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Northeast Human Resources Association, and the International Foundation for Employee Benefits. She is on the Adjunct Faculty for Suffolk University and Nichols College and is a Capstone Advisor and Facilitator for ABA Stonier Graduate School. Prior to joining KLR, Christine successfully fulfilled varying roles in HR senior management for Century Bank and Trust, UniBank for Savings, Millbury Federal Credit Union and Bank of Boston.
