KLR’s three tiered approach (Rising Leaders, Evolving Leaders and Emerging Leaders) aims to develop colleagues’ skills to ultimately help them become a partner in the firm. As Lauren Amaral, KLR Senior Audit Manager reflects, “I’ve used the tools I gained over the past two years in the Leadership Development Program throughout the Firm, and during this time, I have realized significant improvements. These tools have been a big part of my success.” Paul Nadeau, Senior Manager in KLR’s Private Client Service Group, and fellow participant in the firm’s Leadership Development Program shares, “This program has changed my thinking and how my values reflect my work.
