KLR, a top 100 accounting and business consulting firm, proudly announces the promotion of Steve Loffredo to Director of Human Resources.

Steve is responsible for the human resource functions at KLR. Steve has proven his abilities and passion for HR by implementing the firm’s wellness program, KLR University (in-house education program) and mentoring program. He has more than 20 years of human resources experience.

Steve has worked as a human resources professional, benefits coordinator and recruitment of talent for over the last 20 years. He is responsible for KLR’s employee relations; recruitment, staffing and retention; orientation and training; benefit compliance; policy development and documentation; and oversees the firm’s Administrative staff.

Steve received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Rhode Island, and his HR certification from Bryant University.
