For the 9th straight year, KLR, one of New England’s largest CPA and business-consulting firms, has been named one of the Best Places to Work.

Companies were selected based on extensive employee surveys, which included questions about work environment, job satisfaction, work-life balance, support and recognition of achievement, advancement opportunities with co-workers, supervisors, management compensation and benefits.

About the Program

Businesses from across the state were surveyed and judged on their responses to both an extensive management report as well as an employee survey. Employees completed an anonymous online survey which identified the best places to work based on various criteria. The resulting data was compiled by Best Companies, an independent research organization based in Harrisburg, Pa., which then chose the winners.
