We believe our colleagues will be able to deliver the highest quality service if they have a clear path to growth.” About KLR University: KLR University is designed to build general business and technical skills across our service lines so that our team can provide improved service and form even better relationships with our clients. We currently offer 100+ courses ranging from regulatory to practice group development to leadership and business development. From our colleagues’ very first day at KLR, our award winning continuing professional education program offers sessions to enhance their interpersonal, leadership and technical skills. In addition to KLR University, KLR also offers an internal career path initiative to include: Guide Program - New employees have a Guide, who’ll work closely during the early weeks and months of employment to get them comfortable with their new surroundings.
