In this role, Adam will oversee the firm’s state and local tax services, providing strategic guidance to clients navigating the complex landscape of tax regulations. “We are thrilled to welcome Adam to our team,” said Norman Leblanc, Partner at KLR. “His expertise in state and local tax issues will be invaluable as we continue to expand our services and provide solutions to our clients. Adam's commitment to client success aligns perfectly with our mission to deliver exceptional service.” Adam has spent 15 years in the industry, specializing in state and local tax compliance, planning, and controversy. He specializes in several industries including manufacturing, computer hardware and software development, software-as-a-service (‘SaaS’), healthcare/biotech, and professional services (attorneys, architects, etc.). Adam can assist with matters relating to current year filings or audit defense relating to state and local income/franchise taxes, sales/use taxes, property taxes, payroll/withholding filings and unclaimed property filings.
