KLR Newsroom Leadership Rhode Island Honors Paul Oliveira, CPA with Volunteer Award February 20, 2023 KLR is excited to announce that Leadership Rhode Island (LRI) has honored Paul Oliveira, CPA, CEO, with an Inspiring Leaders Award for his outstanding volunteer contributions. In his nine years of service on LRI’s Board of Governance, Paul has helped the organization flourish through committee work, board service, fundraising and program assistance. Paul will be honored at the annual Inspiring Leaders Awards Luncheon on March 22nd. Paul is proud to have led LRI through a key period of organizational foundation building which poised LRI for growth and expansion. Under his leadership as Board Chair, LRI updated the mission and vision to be more inclusive and reflective of LRI today, engaged an alumni advisory cabinet, and expanded College Leadership Rhode Island programming to a full academic year. Paul joined KLR in 2004. He currently serves as the Firm’s Chief Executive Officer. Paul received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Taxation from Bryant University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA) and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants (RISCPA).
