November 03, 2012

At KLR, an emphasis on formalized training is in every aspect of the firm's operation

New England – November 2012 – Kahn, Litwin, Renza & Co., Ltd. (KLR), one of New England’s largest CPA and business-consulting firms, was recently interviewed on their employee training program by the RISCPA and included in their article: “The More They Learn, The Longer They Stay”

At KLR, an emphasis on formalized training is evident in virtually every aspect of the firm’s operation, but perhaps most notably through such initiatives as the Emerging Leaders Academy and KLR University. At KLR, the concept of continuous professional training is embraced as invaluable to its employees, as well as clients. The economic climate and the very role of an accounting professional, said Claire M. Iacobucci, CPA, Shareholder and Director of Audit Services, demand as much.”
