KLR is pleased to announce that Ryan Roberts, CPA has joined the firm as a Tax Manager in KLR’s Tax Services Group. The KLR’s tax practice is comprised of 50 experienced tax professionals. KLR’s proactive tax services encompass all aspects of compliance, planning and preparation.

Ryan has nine years of experience in corporate and individual taxation, focusing mainly in compliance and consulting work for pass-through entities and their owners. He serves a variety of industries, among them real estate, manufacturing/wholesale, professional service firms, retail, and entertainment/media. In addition to traditional compliance services, Ryan has been involved in various consulting engagements, including entity reorganization/restructuring, merger & acquisition planning (buy and sell sides), multi-state nexus studies, cost segregation analyses, and federal/state tax credit applications.

Ryan earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration and Master’s degrees in accounting from William & Mary College. Ryan is a member of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
