• Specializes in Single Audits under Uniform Guidance, Audits of Student Financial Aid for Proprietary Schools, financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for both not-for-profit and for-profit organizations.
• Provides tax services, including federal and state tax return preparation for not-for-profit and for-profit clients.
• Extensive experience in financial and compliance audits of not-for-profit organizations, including social service programs, community organizations, and audits under Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book), Uniform Guidance, and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines.
• Skilled in employee benefit plan audits of 401(k) Plans and ESOPs under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), and preparation of Form 5500 for clients.
• Actively involved in Peer Review, participating as a team member peer-reviewing Single Audits, HUD audits, and employee benefit plans of CPA firms.
