  • Over 35 years of experience in manufacturing and distribution, construction and real estate, not-for-profit, publishing, and internal audit.
  • Expertise includes 20 years at “Big-Five” international accounting firms.
  • Six years as an internal audit director at two multinational corporations.
  • Works with clients on business and tax decisions, financial planning, retirement, estate planning, insurance, and asset allocation.
  • Specialized in c corporations, subchapter S corporations, limited liability companies, and various industries including manufacturing, distribution, supermarkets, construction, HUD real estate, and labor unions.
  • Extensive experience in Single Audit, Yellow Book, ERISA auditing, and internal audit.

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (cum laude), University of Massachusetts Amherst
