Experience

• Over 30 years of public accounting experience
• Provides consulting and attest services to for-profit and nonprofit entities along with employee benefit plans within a broad range of industries including construction and real estate development, professional service firms, distribution centers, medical services, private schools and nonprofit health and welfare organizations.
• Works closely with the firms Federal and State and local tax professionals to provide timely tax compliance and available tax credits and incentives.
• Also works closely with the firm’s extensive experienced professionals to provide clients assistance with mergers, acquisitions and due diligence engagements including quality of earnings services.
• Construction and Real Estate Development specific experience providing a range of consulting services to include job and real estate development costing and budgets, as well as pro-forma financial presentation.
• Nonprofit organization experience including grants management, internal financial reporting, federal and non-federal support analysis, and federal compliance analysis, including working with various federal departments on resolution of deficient compliance findings. Physician group services industry with extensive experience providing a wide range of services to large Physician Groups, including review of billing and costing processes and controls. Extensive experience with lease implementation, planning and classification in accordance with ASC-842.
• Provides advisory services to assist consumers in contractual disputes over construction contract costs as well as disputes in common area maintenance (CAM) costs.

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Dartmouth
