From the start, Sue and Teresa listened very carefully to what we needed. Not only did we need a knowledgeable person to fill the Senior VP of HR role, but the right person to understand our challenges and lead and champion our vision. Sue, Teresa and the KLR team had a really good understanding of the bank and our leadership team, so they were able to hit the ground running to find the right person. It was a tall order given our unique requirements, but Sue and Teresa cast a wide net and found us the perfect fit. Christina is a fantastic addition to our team, and we have KLR to thank for that.
