"As we gather for Summit 2024, I’m reminded of the incredible strength that comes from our different experiences, backgrounds, and generations all coming together. This year’s theme is about truly embracing the power of connection. Together, we’re creating something special—a place where everyone feels they truly belong, and where our collaboration sparks innovation. I’m really excited to see what we’ll achieve as we keep leading with purpose, inclusion, and connection." - Paul Oliveira, CEO

Team Bonding - Minute to Win It
(3:30-5:15PM)

A Minute to Win It team bonding experience is a high-energy way to bring colleagues together for some friendly competition and laughter. Participants are divided into small teams and challenged with a series of one-minute games that test their creativity, problem-solving skills, and teamwork. Each game is designed to be quick and fun, with simple materials like cups, balloons, and everyday objects, ensuring that everyone can participate.

As the clock counts down, teams work together to complete the task at hand, cheering each other on, and celebrating their wins. This fast-paced format encourages collaboration and communication, while allowing teammates to relax, connect, and enjoy each other's company in a lively, informal setting.
