Effective January 1, 2023, the six new Partners are: Jessica Ashley, Jamie Hansen, Deb Pallasch, Jade Toher, Joseph Tamburo and Erin Washburn. Ashley, CPA, MBA - Jess joined KLR in 2006. She is an audit partner and co-chairs the Employee Benefit Plan practice group at KLR. She is highly versed in all aspects of EBP audits and has conducted annual trainings for colleagues and staff. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts. Read more. Jamie Hansen, CPA, MSNM – Jamie joined KLR in 2007. She is an audit partner in KLR’s Nonprofit Services Group. She provides audit and consulting services to some of the Firm’s largest nonprofit clients. She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Roger Williams University and her Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from Johnson and Wales University. Read more. She is a tax partner and specializes in performing research and development (R&D) tax credit studies and currently serves as the firm’s leader of R&D tax services. Her primary focus is advising Private Equity firms and their respective portfolio companies. The Private Equity clients that Jade manages are multi-tiered, complicated structures with numerous transactions on an annual basis.
