• Member of the firm’s Transaction Advisory Group, advising clients throughout the buy/sell process
• Works with clients across a wide range of industries including private equity, manufacturing and distribution and professional service organizations
• Technical expertise in tax preparation for a range of taxpayers, partnership allocation schedules, multi-state taxation and income tax provisions
• Serves as a leader for the firm’s intern recruiting efforts
