KLR Is With You

April 14, 2020

Our “offices” might look a little different, but our dedication has not wavered. We are always available for our clients.

2020 has seen a lot of challenges so far and adapting to the uncertain times is crucial to a company’s success. As economic uncertainty continues to increase, we’re dedicated to providing resources to help our clients through this challenging time, and as always we are here.

Here’s what KLR is doing.

Working from Home

Within minutes of the announcement of the pandemic, KLR became a remote workforce. KLR’s technological capability has allowed our team to work remotely so we can stay committed to our clients. During these times of remote working, team camaraderie has not faded. KLR’s Leadership hosts a firm-wide weekly virtual Town Hall Meeting, Client team meetings, HR Office hours along with department and group social hours. We continue to use technology to help our clients succeed.

Rapid Resource Crisis Team

As soon as the virus hit New England, KLR immediately banded together to form a Rapid Resource Center. The RRC includes leadership from Human Resources, Marketing, Tax, Nonprofit, Enterprise Solutions and Outsourcing. Several colleagues took a deep dive into the CARES Act to learn how it will affect our clients. We were the first in the industry to create resources so that our clients have the information needed to make important business decisions. We took a practical approach and explained the confusing language of the Act so that our clients could understand what was available to them and at what cost.

Coronavirus Resource Center

We’re staying on top of the news on a moment-to-moment basis to make sure we can plan ahead and react quickly to any new developments. We’ve compiled the most up to date research and information in our Resource Center. KLR advisors are available to help navigate the best path forward during this unprecedented crisis. With a completely remote workforce our advisors are always available.

“Special Edition” E-Alerts

It seems that news surrounding the pandemic and fluctuating economy is evolving daily. In order to keep up with all that is happening, in addition to our bi-weekly e-newsletters, we’ve added an additional Special Edition e-newsletter so you don’t miss a beat. Our team of experts cover everything from data security, human resources, tax, and more relating to the pandemic.

Teaming Up With Technology

KLR Partner, Anthony Mangiarelli and Senior Director, Michael Garcia hosted two webinars, “The CARES Act- Q&A Discussion on the Federal Response to COVID-19” & “CARES Act Update: Calculating PPP Loan Forgiveness” for over 1000 attendees. We covered the latest information on what the stimulus programs mean for you and your business, and don’t worry if you missed either webinar, At KLR, we are committed to being your business advisors, you can listen and download a copy of the PowerPoint presentation here.

We’ve also gone beyond the KLR brand and partnered with fellow experts within our business community. Check out some of our partnerships:
